Hey ladies! I recently chopped my hair off really short, and I'm looking for a hairspray that won't make it look like I have a helmet on my head. Any recommendations for a flexible-hold hairspray? Has anyone tried Elnett? If so, is it worth the price?

My sister has very similar hair to you. I don't use hairspray, but she swears by this stuff. It is pricey, but last a long time and you don't need to wear a ton of it: Sebastian Shaper (you can buy it at CVS or online at Drugstore.com). I've even seen it in Marshalls/TJ Maxx in their home area (near sunglasses/belts area).

i've had short hair for a while and I used Bed Head - Hard Headed but that's pretty stiff stuff...I like the Big Fat Hair or Big Sexy Hair line for flexible hold. Good luck

I love Big Sexy Hair too. Everyone who sees that makes comments about the name

I actually started using the dove hairspray. I use A LOT of hairspray. My hair is long but fine. I've tried all different brands, including several salon brands but this one actually works by keeping my style and not being too heavy. It's also cheap. If it totally doesn't work at least you are only out a couple dollars.
Aveda Air Control hairspray is amazing. My hair is super short and super fine; that hairspray tames my fly-aways without making my hair gross or stiff. I've been using it for about three years now... I'm not addicted or anything.
