My husband is supposed to fly to Boston on Thursday. What is the likelihood of this working? If our driveway and sidewalk, steps, porch have not been shoveled, will he be able to get to the front door? Should I just book a hotel?
Is your house vacant? There has been over 2 ft of snow in about 10 days. You might want to pay a plow so it looks lived in.
Waaaaay more than that.
The SS got slammed the worst this past storm. Hes not going to get in the driveway even if you drive a Humvee. Id book a hotel, or arrange for someone to plow/shovel before he arrives.
I was guessing this. I will try to find someone that can do it tomorrow.
It looks like it is supposed to snow on Thursday, but it doesn't seem like too much, thankfully.

rikki - the snow shouldn't start until later Thursday, so he might be okay flying in. I am with everyone else though, arrange for someone to plow your driveway before you get there. Unless your husband can park on the road and wants to climb snow banks, he's not getting into the driveway. It's likely that you have at least a 5 foot hill at the end of your driveway if it's been untouched over the past 3 weeks.
