Tomorrow is H's one year post service date. We have been fighting with the local VA and still have yet to have his post service evaluation. Our tax lady said go to the main branch in our state, but won't by tomorrow be too late? He was about to be MBD and qualifies for disability. What step can we take now? Also he requested a VA rep and still nothing.

Any advice would help. TIA!
