Post W30. We've been eating Paleo with 2-3 non-paleo meals per week (usually going out to eat or take out). I'm maintaining my weight but no longer losing like I was during W30 so I think I need to quit making excuses about exercise and clean the diet back up (fewer Paleo cookies...).

I'm starting W40 (for Lent). Tonight for dinner we will have zoodles with shrimp and red peppers. I have to add a piece of garlic bread for my husband as he will be hungry.

Day 4: I haven't experienced the "kill everyone" thing people talk about yet. Maybe tomorrow? The best part about today was being in a long meeting with pretty cookies and Girl Scout cookies. It was so much easier not to have to think about whether I wanted one or not because I knew they were off limits. And when I was leaving the room it felt nice to walk by them knowing I felt better by not eating them.
B: mini spinach/egg frittatas, bowl of strawberries, pineapple and blueberries L: Mexican Mason jar salad, clementine organge D: baked grouper, sauteed red cabbage, half a sweet potato S: maybe an apple later on tonight
