I think either could work if you want a super dramatic look. With your hair as dark as it is, though, it's hard to be just a "pop of color" like it might be if you had lighter hair, yeno?

Yeah, I just darkened my hair, I definitely look very "goth" with the dark colors right now.

get it cut.  it looks like it's been a long time.  it needs to be not as heavy, so take a few inches off.  find a good hair person - they'll know what to do.

I like them both but they will only look good with a full face (eyes done and lined, blush, bronzer and powder). Also I think with your face shape an angled bob would look very pretty on you.

When I make the pic bigger on my iPad I like the right a lot more. It's a very pretty color on you. I think I would maybe warm up your eyeshadow and add a little bronzer. Very pretty
