I wanted to introduce myself since I am new to the board. As I said, I currently live in Seattle (for the next 2 weeks), but am originally from the midwest, and have also lived in Florida and Montreal. I am a librarian by trade, but am currently trying to launch a freelance copyediting and proofreading business. My husband and I have been married for almost seven years and have an adorable black kitty named Newton. I enjoy knitting and all things crafty, reading (especially young adult and history non-fiction), and baking.

I also love historical fiction. Have you read anything by Michelle Moran? She is one of my very favorite authors. I will definitely try to come to a GTG.
