K's birthday is coming up next month. I saw a video for Human Hungry Hippo today, and decided we're doing Human Board Games for the party.
I thought I'd get a shower curtain or two for Giant Twister (I'm not doing paint, because it's in March, and too cold to do outside). Other ideas for 2nd graders?

candy land
you could make the board by just taping construction paper on the floor, and make cards with index cards and little squares of color. For the candy, you could have bowls of different kinds of candy around at various spots, and when they are sent to that spot with a card or pass it on a regular turn, they get a handfull of candy (could be part of the favor bag too).

I was trying to figure out a way to do Candyland when I was thinking Chutes and Ladders.
