Post W30.
I ate some delicious things this weekend and then regretted it. I felt awful. So I need to meal plan, make a grocery list, and send H to shop since he's off today.

W40 Day 6
I made a delicious Caldo de Res, its like a Mexican roast beef but with lots of clear broth. I used beef bones, lots of veggies and we garnish it with lime juice and cilantro. Delish!! we have leftovers for lunch today.

Day 9.
Ate out on Friday and had pretty good luck at my regular restaurant. I called ahead and asked about their oils and how they cook different foods. I ended up with something like I almost always get, just slightly modified. Local beef burger (no bun, obvs) with lettuce, onion and tomato. Steamed beautiful broccoli on the side. And Saturday DH and I had a date night after the kids were in bed chopping and cooking for the week. He isn't doing W30 with me but he is eating most of the same meals.
Today's food is great so far! B: butternut squash, green chili pepper, turkey quiche (cooked on Sat night), black coffee S: bowl of strawberries and blueberries L: asian salad - spinach and shredded red cabbage, chicken, red peppers, cherry tomatoes, celery, cilantro and green onions. And this dressing from Well Fed 2. OMG. So good! (all prepped on Saturday) D: bolognese sauce (with half ground beef, half ground pork, onions, peppers, and zucchini) on top of spaghetti squash (cooked on Saturday)
Probably will treat myself to a second cup of coffee between meetings today and I have a banana in case hunger hits.
ETA: Breastfeeding a 4 month old so allowing (Whole30 compliant) snacks as needed
