When you say W30 quiche, do you mean you want it to have a crust? Or are you open to a breakfast casserole suggestion?
Does not need a crust. Just something made with eggs and some type of meat and/or veggies, that I can freeze in muffin tins for easy breakfasts.
I tried one recipe that called for coconut milk and zuchinni and came out soggy and bland, and one that called for no liquids (just eggs and meat) and it had the consistency of an egg brick.
Was the zucchini one from Practical Paleo? That one was absolutely VILE to me and I like all of DSanfilippo's other recipes.
