Day 17 here. Food is still going great, I'm branching out a little more with cooking so that's good.
My main issues is boredom. I'm ready to be moving on. I plan to continue in the 80/20 fashion, but I'm ready to be done. I think in a couple more days I will be confident in my food choices. I went to a party last weekend where there was not one thing I could eat and I did fine. Ate first, and drank lots of water. I even took my son to the golden arches and settled with an iced tea. I'm feeling good about my progress. I'm also feeling thinner, less bloated. Still waiting on the Tiger Blood, but I've also been sick for about 10 days, so that could be affecting it.

W40 Day 7 I worked from home Thurs, Fri and yesterday. This makes me snack all day while I work. I know this is technically not correct even though all my snacks are compliant.

Even though I made it 3 weeks last whole 30, I'm still shocked by how much we spend on groceries. We are spending so much more than we usually do. What makes me even more upset is that the produce doesn't seem to last that long. Like I bought strawberries on Sunday. I opened the container today and half of them had gone bad. That's $5.99 wasted
