D11. Stressed about a paper deadline quickly approaching and a paper that was scrapped last night. Would love to get a latte. Whomp whomp. I am really noticing how much I want food as comfort at stressful times.
B: egg scramble with shredded butternut squash, onion, green peppers L: Salad in a jar with spinach, cabbage, chicken, celery, red peppers, & ginger carrot dressing. bowl of strawberries and pineapple D: seasoned chicken thighs in crockpot with a bunch of (tbd) frozen veggies
Day 4. I am so tired. I didn't get enough sleep last night. I honestly thouht about going to sleep as soon as I got home tonight, but I decided to try to power through it and study like i need to. Grr.
