Day 12. I know days 10-11 are supposed to be some of the hardest, and I truly felt that yesterday. I had extra school/work stress and wanted something carby and sweet. This morning I am happy that I didn't give in. I am surprised how much of a comfort food can be for me! I will pay better attention to this after Whole 30.

Day 9
I have to say that I am starving all the time. No I lied, I eat all the time. Its all compliant food but yesterday I ate dinner early because my husband was going to meet a friend for drinks so I thought yay no cooking. then his plans changed so I made dinner and had that dinner too. What is wrong with me? the first dinner was soup, but I was full. I need to change this about myself. and pronto.
I really have learned a lot about my body. It's crazy how much certain items can impact you. My one wish was that it would be easier to find compliant food. We searched 3 stores and Lincoln found one type of compliant bacon. It shouldn't be that hard to eat healthy food.
I'm 99% whole30 still. I bought silk almond milk creamer for my coffee and it's so sweet I add like a half a teaspoon. And the other day I had a few French fries and they left my stomach so upset I didn't even eat dinner that night.
I started exercising this week. I'm doing a daily crunch challenge and cardio 3x week
