Mine has crapped out, after 2.5 years. Don't know if that's good or not. Anyway, I can spend $35 plus S&H to get it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Anybody do this? Were you happy with the process, and how long did it take?
Ugh, I use it everyday and am tempted to just not hassle with it and go buy a new one.
