Lurker here determined to do a whole30 this next month. I have a 6 month old who does.not.sleep so I start my day with milk and sugar in my coffee and it's downhill from there. Need to get back on track, need to get back into my jeans! No real point to this other than to put it out there for some accountability. Also, doing kayla itsines bbg to get back in shape. Two weeks in, hoping good eating will make all the difference.
I'm also planning on doing a Whole30 starting tomorrow. It's the first time for me and this board has been pretty helpful in getting prepared. Just bought a bunch of stuff from the grocery store and I plan on purging any non-compliant items from the kitchen today.
Hi! Me too I've done my planning and grocery shopping but am still nervous. I don't know about what exactly? Maybe all the food prep instead of just popping frozen junk into the oven? ? I'm also nervous about eating enough to not need snacks but then eating too much (since I'm doing this partially for weight loss). I'm sure I'll be on here with questions and looking for tips over the next while!

I'm starting a new one tomorrow. Prepping today--packing breakfast and lunch, making some spicy tuna cakes and mayo, and have some veggies roasting. It'll be good to get back to it.

My 10 month old still doesn't sleep well. *sob* I feel your pain on the coffee!
I found that cold brewed coffee (soaking 1C grounds in 8C water overnight and then chilling in fridge) was my favorite black option while on W30. I also made this hazelnut creamer twice and it was tasty!
