I am meeting with my boss at 8:30 and telling her I am planning applying to an internal position. I could puke I am so nervous. She's going to take it very personally.
Other than that I'm not traveling till Thursday this week when I head to Cleveland for the night.
I am thinking of asking my boss if I can work from home the rest of the pregnancy. My BP is creeping up and I am really uncomfortable (lots of lower back pain). But I actually love the social aspect of the office, and I'm afraid I'd go crazy at home alone for up to a month. Maybe I'll wait until next week.

Good luck!
I have my 36 week appointment today and I assume they are going to do the Group B Strep test.. not looking forward to it, ha. Woke up this morning with a tiny bit of leakage, nothing to be alarmed over though, it might have just been pee or fluids lol. I am cramping a little though.. not sure if what i'm feeling is braxton hicks, i assume not cause my belly isn't tightening up much.
I started drinking raspberry leaf tea a few days ago.. figured it can't hurt and I always need more liquids. anyone else tried it?
I have another growth ultrasound today, really excited to see this little baby again. Fortunately H was able to take the morning off his internship to come with me, which I'm happy about.
I'm working late three evenings this week and working Sunday too, hope this week doesn't exhaust me too much.
Meeting w a lawyer to see if we have a case against our pos home builder. We've had major issues since we moved in 6 months ago and all due to his crappy building. Dealing with a leaky roof, a broken furnace, frozen pipes etc etc has been super fun while pregnant too. Hopefully I'll get some answers and direction so I can enjoy the rest of the pregnancy and get the nursery going without worry.

What does everyone have going on?
Fingers crossed on the position! And girl no puking you've gone through so much of that already
Snow day for me today, even though it's not snowing. I guess the main roads are ok, but all the side roads and parking lots are really icy. My H took my car to work today too, so I'm really stranded at home. I may have to make brownies.
I think I might have to buy a pregnancy body pillow. Sleeping on my side is so uncomfortable. I miss stomach sleeping!

Today starts my every 2 week appointments and my 1 hour GD test. I'd be lying if I said I didn't spend last night googling the likelihood of being positive the second pregnancy when I was negative the first time.
Otherwise this week starts my crazy time at work. The next two months are going to be killer.
I have a dr. appt today. My feet have been swelling like crazy so I need to ask if I should be worried about that. I could not sleep last night at all and I feel like crap today.

@choco, it tastes okay, but I am not a huge tea person. I just enjoy having a cup of warm liquid in the mornings and coffee gives me heartburn now days so this seems like a good alternative.

I'm not a tea person either and usually end up putting a ton of sugar in there, which seems to defeat the purpose lol. Since I quit coffee I just switched to drinking hot chocolate in the mornings. Not the same, but somewhat close since I usually drank a homemade mocha anyway.
Also, I'm so hungry. I'm eating my breakfast and just counted how many hours until I can eat my lunch. LOL
I've already eaten 1st breakfast and 2nd breakfast today. I don't understand how I can be starving yet full at the same time. I'm still hungry, but I don't think I can fit in any more food.
cheeseandcrackers I drank the tea for the last week or two of my pregnancy. I'm not sure if it helped or not. I only drank one cup a day though and the package said to drink 3. My labor didn't seem shorter or easier than it would have been without it, but I suppose you can't really know.

Good luck, ladies!!
I have a prenatal massage scheduled for later this morning, then a doc appt. this afternoon so should keep plenty busy. I've been sneezing nonstop for the past 2 days so not sure if my allergies are acting up or if a cold is trying to work it's way in. Fingers crossed it's only allergies…and that they stop soon cuz I'm tired of trying not to pee myself with each pesky sneeze.

I've been drinking it since 35 weeks 3x a day per my midwife's instructions. I'm used to the taste by now but I typically don't mind tea.
And the GB test is literally nbd. Should take 5 seconds.
I upped my EPO dosage and it made me so I'll this morning I puked my bfast for the first time in over a month. At almost 39 weeks pg I am not impressed with the nausea.
I ate eggplant parmesan last night that is alleged to induce labor within 48 hours. So far all it has done is give me terrible indigestion. And reinforce that I fucking hate eggplant.
I literally have zero signs of labor though. Not so much as a twinge or an increase in discharge or anything. Nada. I feel like I would be more patient if I saw some sign of something happening.
It doesn't help that I feel like it's all eyes on me with mom in town. She's asking me how I'm feeling. H is asking me how I'm feeling. Every time my mom talks to someone on the phone, my lack of labor is the subject of conversation.
Everything is getting on my nerves right now. H and my mom went grocery shopping yesterday while I was at a friend's baby shower. They bought so much crap and my mom like rearranged my pantry. I couldn't find my fucking peanut butter this morning. That shelf was full of Pepsi and Sobe LifeWater...wtf?!
kellsbelles good luck with the lawyer! I am sorry you are dealing with this right now.
My meeting went well. My manager is going to be supportive and I am applying to the new role today. It is a stretch but a big promotion and I would be able to 100% WFH so I think it is worth the risk.
I have some red raspberry leaf tea but haven't made it and tried it yet. That's on the list for this week!
Had the ultrasound this morning and everything looks good. Baby has been growing since the last one - she is measuring in the 25th percentile now which is great. We saw her yawn twice and then she kept moving her head from side the side, the tech said it looked like she was rooting and looking for her hand to suck on.

Ugh, had my appointment today and asked the doctor if the baby has dropped at all, he checked and I guess he was too rough cause I came home and had some bleeding. Ouch.

My back is killing me, so I stayed home from work again. Yesterday I worked from home, but today, I am taking PTO. Three more weeks. Oof. I am glad to have some flexibility, but I'm wondering about requesting to WFH for the duration soon. It's just so much effort to get ready and get there. Sad, isn't it?!
We have our 37 week appt today with my primary midwife. I'm looking forward to seeing her, as I've been rotating around the practice since 12w.
