Post W30.
My favorite is an iced mocha from Starbucks. On a daily basis though, I have homemade cold brewed iced coffee with half and half.
B: Lara Bar and iced coffee w/ half and half. I was running all over this morning so not a good breakfast. L: Reheating chili lime chicken I prepped this weekend and veggies D: OOT friends are coming in so we'll probably go out
PALEO PEOPLE: Last night we had this (replaced brown sugar w/ coconut sugar and 100% apple juice for the cider) and had sauteed onion and apples on the side. It was SO good! Sweet and spicy. Day 18.
I love Roasterie Coffee out of Kansas City. I loved it when I lived there, and now have it on monthly delivery. I go with Betty's Recipe which is a flavored bean that smells like cinnamon and hazelnut and is wonderful. Since doing W30 I have skipped out on the milk and really, really missed it at first but am getting used to it. (Decided not to sub coconut milk and just see if I enjoy the taste). Non-Whole30? I LOVE when my husband makes me coffee on the weekend - he drizzles honey and cinnamon in the bottom of the cup and tops it with foamed milk. Coffee might be my love language.
My favorite fancy coffee is the caramel flan latte from Starbucks. I might cry if they are sold out by the time I finish my whole 30.
My favorite compliant coffee is actually one that we picked up on vacation last year. It is Santo Domingo brand. It's actually one of the few coffees that doesn't give me acid reflux.
I also love the caramel flan latte and got it three times last week knowing I was starting W30 on 3/1. I'd say my favorite is the salted caramel mocha though.
I really don't like sweet coffee, so normally I have coffee (preferably a Latin American varietal or blend) with just enough cream or whole milk to make it medium tan. On the W30, I'm drinking it black with about a teaspoon of coconut oil stirred in for body.
Favourite coffee: Kirkland espresso beans then fresh ground = yum. Pre whole 30, I added lots of flavoured creamers but now am adding a small amount of coconut milk
B: sausages, banana and some cantaloupe (small amount ), coffee L: leftover chicken, beets, green beans A: cashews and an apple S: ground beef in marinara, with loads of veggies, plus cucumber and pepper slices, and coffee
B: Scrambled eggs with onions and peppers and halo orange L: Vegetable beef soup D: Sirloin patty with tomatoes, mushrooms and onions and baked potato S: Cut up veggies and paleo ranch dip
