Go Mallory - so glad to hear she's doing so awesomely!
R: I started reading the next book club book yesterday and it's pretty good so far.
AW: DS has started saying "Sorry!" and "Thank you!", and at the right times too - it's so cute!
V: DH had to travel 3 1/2 hours away for work yesterday and ended up spending the night and is not coming back until late tonight. Sucks, because he hasn't seen DS since Monday morning just for a few minutes.

R: I'm watching one of those weird youtube videos where adults play with play doh. I don't get it. The kids are in love.
AW: My kiddo got her first haircut yesterday. Her tiny mullet is now a tiny bob. She sat in a firetruck and loved it. She looks beautiful.
V: I'm having a cold sweats, mouth watering, gagging, sore body period. My kiddo is also getting a molar and sleeping like crap. I need a long scalding bath but instead I'm babysitting all day.
Only AWs for me - DS finally turned the corner after being sick (the worst he's ever had it) for nearly a week.
Aw: he's going on 12 hours of sleep after 4 nights of cranky, restless, feverish sleep. And he can finally breath through his nose!
Aw2: my sister arrived yesterday for a month and she's excited to a babysit so I have put lots of things on the calendar this month starting with dinner out with friends this Friday.
Vent: we are supposed to get winter weather again today while DH is picking up the inlaws from the airport an hour and a half away. I am worried about them driving in it. I am worried my inlaws won't get in today which would be good except we are leaving Friday and they are our childcare for the boys. I have so much to do yet I sit here in a message board.
Random: I need starbucks. What happened to that porn addict poster? You know the one that was all zomg porn leads to addiction? She disappeared after that.

AG - my like was for the two more sleeps.
R: I will fold laundry today. I will fold laundry today.
AW: DS finally slept in his own bed for the majority of last night. He has been glued to me since he got sick over the weekend, so it felt really good to be able to stretch out in my bed.
AW2: It's only been like 2 hours, but so far this morning DD has been really pleasant. I'm knocking on all the wood.
V: This is kind of a stupid one, but the light burnt out in my sewing room and I keep forgetting to buy lightbulbs. No light means no sewing after dark. It's frustrating.
R: my kids sold 6 dozen doughnuts between the two of them. I bought 4 dozen. I suck at fundraisers.
V: I still feel the same way I felt yesterday. Whatever this thing is going around, it is nasty. Not as bad as flu, but the simultaneous stomach thing is making it especially miserable.

R: all the kids wanted for lunch was shredded cheese aw- it's 40 degrees out today! V- ds2 got up at 5am. He fell asleep for ten minutes on the way to playgroup so he's going to be a pain about a nap. Ds1 has been trying my patience day! He had time out for hurting his brother before we left and knocked over a wheelchair, ripped a poster and dumped a bunch of pamphlets on the floor while I was getting his brother's coat, boots on. Ds2 kept trying to climb up the stairs when I was trying to wrangle his brother. Then ds1 knocked over one of those turtle things with a flag in the parking lot and I had to stop the car on the way home to take a plastic frog he found in the car and kept putting in his mouth. Ugh. I'm letting them watch television because I need a minute.
R: I volunteered at school today for picture day. I love seeing the kids "dressed up". And I am the meanest mom in the world because I made DS wear jeans and a button up shirt for pictures. AW:DD looked super cute for pictures today. V: It is supposed to snow again tonight. I am over the snow and school being closed. My kids were out of school for 2 weeks for winter weather. They have been back for 3 days and now will probably be out the rest of this week.
Random: I saw a man smoking a pipe while driving a smart car today. It looked hilarious.
AW: I hired a landscaper to mow our lawn because it has gotten crazy. It was surprisingly inexpensive.
V: the company I do transcription for changed their payment method AGAIN, and are now using some Google Wallet app. It's super inconvenient.
My dad used to smoke a pipe. It wasn't good for him, so I'm glad he quit, but how he looked with it and how he would use it when he told stories is such a part of all my childhood memories. I get wistful when I smell pipe tobacco or see someone with a pipe.

I have more too:
- I forget the lightbulbs again. I even wrote it in Sharpie on my hand. That almost always works. - I just spent the last 2 hours searching for DD's birth certificate. I finally found it, and realized that DH and I are keeping two entirely different filing systems. I have a file in the filing cabinet called "Important Papers" in which go our marriage license, birth certificates (well, one, anyway), social security cards, passports, professional licenses, etc. DD's birth certificate was not there. I finally found a binder under DH's desk labeled "Medical Info", with tabs for three of us (not DS). I found a bunch of EOB's (are we supposed to actually keep those??), the handouts the hospital gave us when DD was born (like info about the lactation center and how to sooth a crying baby), DD's missing vaccine record (that little yellow card), and her birth certificate.

R ds is waking up at an ungodly hour lately. Today he found his Halloween costume from loooong ago in his closet & pulled the pants on over his fleece footie pjs. So imagine a kid who wears 4T wearing skin tight 18m orange tiger stripe pants (one of those Carters costumes) over camo pjs (don't judge, they were a gift.) DH called him Safari Boy.
V hardly any of my old clothes fit because apparently my torso grew several inches during pregnancy. I now fit in them l but Omg so short. I already knew that my feet grew (yay 10.5 or 11 shoes, so easy to find & look cute...not.)
AW Slowly but surely "spring" cleaning...which I hope to have done before spring actually gets here so we can get out & enjoy every bit of it! We've gotten *so* much done lately!
