How's it going this week?
Yesterday I was basically on the skid row of healthy eating. My team ordered pizza for lunch, I had a headache which meant I wanted a coke, and then Girl Scout cookies were everywhere. Back on track today!
Doing good with going to the gym, not doing so well with eating. Last week I was really good, the past 2 days not so much But back on track today. I do ok with eating probably 75% of the time but that's not good enough for me if I want to lose weight. I'm sad that going to the gym 4x a week isn't making more of an impact.
I've worked out twice this week! Whoa, somebody slow me down!
As mentioned in yesterday's randoms, I consumed an entire bag of Cadbury mini eggs pretty much on my own. I have a horrible sweet tooth right now. I'm just working on getting whole foods back into my diet like eggs, fruit, lentils, the occasional veggie...
Scale is tricky right now because weight fluctuates quite a bit. I'm going by how my clothes fit and how I look/feel. I need to tone up my arms and work on getting my abs back.

Doing well going with the gym, I went 4 days last week, and I went Mon and yesterday and plan on going tomorrow and Friday.
Eating went down hill yesterday. Lo had a physical meltdown about taking a bath and instead of eating dinner I ate ended up eating a bowl of chocolate almond frz yogurt and like 3tbl spoons of peanut butter with it.
Weighed myself this morning and I was up .6, It doesn't seem like much, but for me at this point gaining is still gaining.
I've been doing better this week with resisting the temptation to snack on sweets. I've given in once, but once in three days is pretty good for me! Haha.
I didn't get around to setting up my new treadmill this weekend, but H said he would help me this week so hopefully it will be set up and ready to start being used in the next couple of days.
