So I have seen quite a few movies recently, which rarely happens so I thought we could do a movie review. I'm always looking for good films to add to my list.
Neighbors: It was okay. Definitely very crude. Parts were funny. Overall not my favorite.
Into the Woods: Very weird, but I thought all the actors/actresses who were in it did a great job. Very entertaining.
Fury: Really, really good. Quite sad, but everything was really well done.
Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible no good very bad day: Hilarious. I don't know if this was because I watched the cartoon movie growing up and it brought me back to my childhood or if I just enjoyed the movie. Anyways, good, family fun movie!
Gone Girl: The suspense and twists were awesome, but it was so trippy and crazy!
Neighbors: Meh, I don't care for Seth Rogen. Also, all that partying seemed so irresponsible when the baby was at home alone. You can't just leave a baby at home and stay out all night getting drunk and high, even if you're right next door.
The Giver: A bit of a departure from the book, but I still enjoyed it.
The Hobbit Part 3: The best installment of the three in my opinion. Lots of unrealistic, physically impossible action sequences.
Mockingjay Part 1: Very exciting and action-packed, but it left me feeling rather somber and sad. I don't know how the story ends, so I really hope there's a happy ending.
I currently have The Equalizer and Bad Words. At the library, I have on hold: the Alexander movie, John Wick, The Maze Runner, The Interview, American Sniper, Whiplash, Birdman, Interstellar, Boyhood, Horrible Bosses 2, Grand Budapest Hotel, Gone Girl. I'll add Selma when it's available.
I want to see Seventh Son in the theater, but I don't know when that will be. I'm really excited about Pitch Perfect 2! H is looking forward to Avengers: Age of Ultron.

We've been using Redbox a bunch lately after not watching any movies in forever. Haven't seen anything amazing but also didn't expect that going in. Recently watched Neighbors, Sex Tape, Draft Day, The Other Woman, and This is Where I Leave You. Draft Day was the best of the bunch.

John Wick - Sorry jjwritergirl, I agree with your husband, I loved it. I was rooting for the son to die. I killed the you know what for crying out loud.
Big Hero 6 - I haven't been able to make it though the whole movie. It's sort of like Walli and AI for me. I'll just cry and won't be able to stop.
St. Vincent - My bil is watching it today and is going to let me know what he thinks.
