I never knew that the stall crack thing was so weird until I saw one of these posts. Then I took note every time I traveled over seas and I was like " WTf why can't we have real doors with handles in our stalls?!" It seems like such a small thing to ask for...

I always wonder about the crack in the public restroom door thing. Why do they make them with a 1" gap?
The stall latches at the local Wal-Mart don't line up, so none of the doors even lock. How hard is it to install those things and then test them before going on your merry way? I'm actually kind of impressed they managed to install them wrong in every single stall.
As someone that worked retail, I can tell you the doors were not installed wrong. Places like Wal-mart get the "special" people who like to ride on the door, throw other people into them and various other things that put too much pressure on the hinges so they break.
20 drives me crazy. We are going to the US this weekend. I'm sure each time I my card it I'm still going to be like, "You actually need me to sign this?"
I do have to say I prefer American style bacon (which we call smoked streaky bacon over here) to the English bacon unless you are getting a Full English Breakfast...then you have to have English bacon.
