Growing up, my mom only made kale into "boerkole" (sp?) a Dutch concoction of potatoes, kale and sausage. I hated it. I do not want to put my family through that, but want to try kale again for the green leafy benefits
I have onions and garlic, bacon, avocado oil, coconut oil, lots of "ingredients". I'm looking for suggestions on how to best prepare and enjoy this veggie
