Working today and Saturday!
Just brought Grizzley to the vet again to see the head vet and had a much better experience than seeing his associate. Lesson learned go to the old guy like I always planned on doing. He's getting neutered, a tooth taken out, and microchipped on Tuesday but after that all the major vet bills should be done. Yay?!
Tomorrow night we are going to the inlaw's for dinner for DH's birthday. Sunday maybe a race with everyone or if not there is a 10 miler in Foxbor I might do instead. Or maybe just a 10 mile long run with my running group, so many options! Sunday night dinner at my dad's as usual.
I'm SO excited for the weekend! We've been so busy the last month and this is our first relatively free weekend in like 5 weeks. I can't wait to sleep in!
Tonight we're going to Seasons 52 for dinner. I'm so excited to try it! I wish I could drink, looks like they have nice cocktails.
TOmorrow we're driving to NH to do some baby shopping. After sleeping in until like noon.
Sunday we have our first childbirth class. I am excited for it because I feel totally unprepared for the end of this pregnancy. Thinking about it gives me anxiety so I've been avoiding it. I hope the class is good and not too scary.
Fingers crossed for your interview, scm1011! So exciting!!
That's so exciting, RockNVoll! I hope you get some good bites fast!
I'm taking a short photo workshop tomorrow morning and I'm really excited about it. Mil is coming over tomorrow afternoon for an early dinner. Sunday is a relaxing day of no plans. Just hanging with my little family. ❤️
DD has a robotics competition so we'll spend a good deal of time there. Also, catching up on laundry and unpacking from vacation last week. Right now, I'm having major shoulder pain so I have a date with some Advil and a heating pad.
Tomorrow we don't have any real plans. Probably cleaning the house, grocery shopping, and relaxing.
On Sunday my mom and MIL and I are taking a glass blowing class, so that should be fun!
Have fun! H took me to a glass blowing class a few years ago and I LOVED it! It was so much fun! And our pieces came out beautiful. Post pics of what you make!

I'm hoping they turn out good! I'll try to remember to pip.
She and her team built a robot that will compete against other robots to stack the most crates/boxes. It's a two day competition, with another in two weeks. She wants to be an engineer so being on the team will help give her some exposure to those types of things.
We took a cruise to the Bahamas out of NYC. It was great. No planes, no planning. Just drive there, and instantly be on vacation. DH is already talking about planning another one this summer.
scm1011 - hope you get to run your race tomorrow. good luck!

This is so awesome--go female engineers! Good luck to your DD! Will you report back and let us know how she did?
And vacation in the Bahamas sounds perfect. I've only been once but really enjoyed it.
Will do! She was bored today but enjoyed the event for the most part. Stacking boxes is pretty dull, after all! Part two is tomorrow!
People warned me against going to the Bahamas (it was our first time going there), but we had an awesome time. The cruise line has it's own private island and it was gorgeous. What's not to love about floating in clear, warm water while someone brings you food and drinks all day?
Nassau was busy, but I never felt unsafe like I was warned to be. And that included walking through the town streets with a new jewelry purchase on my person. It was a great, no-stress vacation. Exactly what we all needed!
