If you've been to an estate sale, I have questions

I'm going to my first tomorrow.  Should I get there early (probably a yes?)?  Do they usually accept cards?  Are prices negotiable?

Any other tips?

I have my eye on a pair of rocking chairs I want for my front porch.

Prices are usually negotiable, I would definitely get there early and have cash just in case they don't have a card machine.

Around here people line up before start time, so go early. We have a couple of large companies that have them and they have a card machine, but most are cash only. I'm not in a large city though so I'm sure it varies. I always try to negioate prices, but they give the best deals late. Sometimes I will go on the first day early, then go back final day late if they have a lot I like.
