I have made this recipe a few times. The only big problem I have is the stovetop comes out kind of gross. The pork chops are delicious though!
That's why I thought I'd make it with cornbread stuffing, to give it more substance. It was still wetter than normal stuffing, but when I make chicken pot pie, I use stuffing in place of a bottom crust, so it kind of reminded me of that.
I actually have cornbread stuffing and was just wondering if I should use that. Will try it tomorrow
Bernadine I meant to get on here and tell you that I made this on Monday night! It was a hit! I got the thin-sliced pork chops, which weren't quite meaty enough. I will use regular ones the next time. This, paired with some steamed broccoli was a delicious meal! Thanks for sharing!
