H got it for me for my birthday (thanks? *-)) so I'm starting it today. Seems like a hassle using those measuring tupperware things but portion control is my issue for sure so we will see how I go.
I started, then got sick, so I stopped for a couple days.
I am not following the meal plan but eating low-carb instead. I prefer this because I don't have to measure anything, which was a difficult motivator. Plus, bacon.

I love love love the workouts.
oh good - I will try the workout later today. I'm glad it's good. I'm already pissed off though because I put walnuts on my oatmeal and now I'm out of blue containers for the day. I wanted avocado later on.
I followed the plan really well for the 21 days and lost 14 pounds! I don't follow the food plan as strictly now but I learned a lot about portion control from it. It helped me realize I definitely didn't have enough protein and veggies in my diet.
I love the workouts too! I actually just ordered 21 day extreme so I'm excited to try those workouts as well.
I really like the workouts. I had done T25 before and the 25 straight minutes of working out was too much for me. 21 Day builds in lots of short breaks and it's right up my alley of what I like.
I did not do the meal plan, though. I'm not a meal planner by nature, and to do that and then also have to measure everything out like that... I know it's probably a good benefit, but I just don't have the discipline to do it.

I half did it in February. I couldn't work out because of an injured knee but I did the diet and lost 8 lbs! That was with one cheat day/week and a glass of wine and handful of dark chocolate chips each night. I was very happy with it. The first 3 days were a killer and I was soooo hungry but after that, it wasn't too bad and I got to where I wasn't craving sweets so much and kicked my latte habit.
I'm nine days in. My friend is a BBody coach and she set up a private FB group with other women (several new moms, too) who are doing the program at the same time. This has been the most helpful aspect of the program for me -- super motivating! We had a week of preparation before starting the program, which was very helpful for me. I got a head start on testing out recipes and we were encouraged to take our measurements and before photos, etc. It got me pretty psyched, and so far, the momentum has kept up. I like the workouts a lot. The food program requires a lot of preparation, but I find that to be the case when I'm doing any clean eating program hardcore. I don't love the shakes. I actually have only had one since I started the program. They taste chalky to me. I feel very good eating a lot of veggies, fruits and lean protein. Good luck!
I don't plan on doing the food part but I downloaded the workouts and so far I've done two. I really liked them! I didn't think the first one was that hard but my legs and butt were sore the next day.
How challenging are the workouts? Like, let's say - hypothetically - that someone hasn't really, seriously exercised since before they were pregnant. So, hypothetically, two years doing nothing but sporadic long-ish walks and a few half-assed trips to the gym? And unsuccessfully banking on breastfeeding to lose the baby weight?

Will I they be able to hang?
I was in great shape before I got pregnant and still worked out fairly intensely during pregnancy, until the last 8 weeks or so. But my c-section recovery was awful so I was slow getting back to working out post partum. I got sick a few weeks ago so hadn't worked out at all for 2 weeks until I did the first workout on Saturday. It was challenging and I had to slow down a few times but I really liked it. There is one person doing a modified version of everything so you could follow her whenever you needed to.

Absolutely--just follow the modifier. Kat is a great person to follow--when I started I followed her most of the time and then on exercises I felt stronger in (like the Pilates and yoga) I would follow the others.
I started doing it because H became a BBody coach (so if anyone needs anything you can order through me/him, lol) and he got to choose the program and picked that for me.
I am really really enjoying it. I am not one to workout for fun, so the 30 minutes is great and with the breaks it's totally doable. Some workouts are harder than others (total body cardio) but if you follow Kat it can definitely be done. I just started my second week yesterday and I notice a difference in my strength and endurance.
Happy to answer questions, and like D2M, we have an accountability group (open to anyone) that really helps me keep going.

Hi. I must be your friend because that all sounds exactly like me. One week in, loosely following the meal plan, and I am down 3 pounds.

I agree with kermit. The workouts aren't easy-peasy, but you can do them, especially if you take breaks or modify. The upper body workout, for example, has one stretch of 60 seconds of pushups. I have zero ability to do a single "real" pushup, let alone a full minute of them, so I modify. Each workout is only 30-35 minutes and there are rest periods built in, so they're doable. And not all of the workouts are super intense. There's a pilates workout and a yoga workout that are geared for active rest days. I enjoyed those.

The blue container is by far the hardest. I love cheese!!!
