H used to teach the one on one class and his biggest advice: PC users find it hard because they are used to things being difficult to find. The simplest answer on a Mac is usually the right one. Also, they are hard to "break" so don't worry if you click on too many things or open up a wrong program, like you would with a PC. Go take a one on one class if you are near an Apple store. They usually have program specific classes, too.
