I don't think there is anything Disney can do to truly accommodate every single SN persons individual SN. I think they do the best they can and I think people visiting a theme park presumably understand this means long lines loud noises and lots of stimulation. you do the best to work together to figure out how your family can experience the parks.

This chaps my ass, because I have first hand experience with a guest assistance card. My mother has a pretty severe knee issue.
Here is how it works. We show up at Splash Mountain and it is a 45 minute wait, including up and down steps and ramps. You show the guest assistance card, and they give you a time to return to the ride -- usually 5-10 minutes less than the actual wait. You are free to do anything else while you wait.
How is that not being as accommodating as possible? You can literally be resting in a quiet place, eating, sitting playing an iPad. Whateverthefuck. Honestly a kid doesn't even notice it is a wait -- because they are otherwise occupied. The accomdation is not having to physically stand in a cramped, hot line.
