I've done a 45 minute walk on the treadmill every morning since Sunday.
I backslid a little bit on my diet today, but not too terribly out of control. Just a fun size skittles and a fun size M&Ms. It's way better than how much candy I've been eating throughout the workdays.

Today not so good, I just feel fat. I know that's not PC to say, but that is how I feel, blagh and bloby,(blobby, Blobbie, LOL)
Right now I'm doing 4 days a week gym, depending on what time my 1st bus shows up I have anywhere from 15-30mins to work out when I get there. Right now I'm doing 2 days of weights and 2 days of cardio. I decided to try something different, well, different for me. I'm going to try to do a different body section day. One day will be weights, one day straight cardio, one day glutes, and one day abs. Although I'm not sure how many ab exercises I can do so I may add cardio in on that day. And so I don't get bored I'm going do it randomly, like pull a routine out hat thing.
I've been doing well with my working out. I actually really am enjoying the workouts. I do fitnessblender.com videos during the week and I do intervals on the treadmill on weekends. I currently am doing 5 days a week. I did a pretty awesome butt and thigh workout yesterday and my legs are screaming today lol.
Eating wise, I need to get that more under control. I do ok on some days and horrible the next. I still find that I am eating just because I am bored. I did start measuring and weighing my food again. Weekends are what have been hardest right now. I'm hoping to make better choices when we go out and better choices cooking.
