I would compare the labels of your vitamins and other prenatals at the store. The prenatals probably have higher quantities of pretty much everything. If you have 10 or so vitamins left, I would just finish off your bottle and then switch. If you have 30 or more left, I would switch now.

As long as you're not pregnant yet, just finish what you have. Prenatals have no vitamin A, as that can be harmful, and the few brands that sell pre-conception vitamins usually have less vit c, as too much vit c can up the acidity of your vagina and be bad for sperm. Also, the recommended amount of folic acid apparently differs per source. I've read 400, 600, 800 and even up to 1000, so I guess the main thing is to make sure you get more than you'd eat.
Calcium is the other important one, btw. Not so much for baby's health, but for yours in 30 years. Apparently baby drains your body of calcium when it develops a skeleton and if you don't take enough extra calcium, your body will pretty much give out calcium from your own bones, which in turn will give you osteoperosis (sp?) around menopause.
