Can we speculate on the Grey's finale?

So the commercials tell us 6 go down in the plane and one person dies.

Who do you think it will be?

I think it will be Arizona based on the "don't ever leave me"/taking Karev's place at the last minute foreshadowing last week.

Obviously, cross Grey out. No way are they going to off Christina - she has too much going on with her whole affair and marriage storyline. Mark wasn't even hurt in the crash, but I guess he could get hurt while waiting for rescue. Lexi looked the worst off, but then wouldn't that be too obvious to have her looking so bad at the beginning and being the one to die?

Patrick Dempsey considered leaving the show before this season (http://www.okmagazine.com/news/patrick-dempsey-will-stay-greys-anatomy-under-one-condition-%E2%80%94-he-wants-race) so I actually wonder if they might be killing him off. Although, if such a big character were leaving, might they have given some warning so fans don't revolt?

But, it could easily be Arizona. There's not really even anything going on with her storyline. She's hurt pretty badly, and I also don't think fans will revolt if she is killed off.

I am thinking Arizona as well. It appears she fractured her femur and that's a dangerous injury with loss of blood, etc.
Although I have no clue about Lexi or Mark's injuries.

I don't want to watch the 6 minute spoiler because it will give me anxiety until tomorrow night when I can see the rest.

My money was on Callie dying because of the "I'll never leave you" conversation with Arizona and I think the storyline of Arizona and Mark co-parenting would be more interesting than Callie and Mark. But now I can't even remember if Callie was on the plane.

And to PP who asked if it was definitely someone on the plane dying, I am fairly certain that it is. The commercial said something like "6 go down and only 5 survive."
