Harness recs?

Can anyone recommend a good harness. We are adopting a border collie mix from a rescue this weekend - she's about 13 mos, and was an outside dog before. She has adapted inside life really well, but it sounds like she still needs to work on her leash manners.  Our last dog was a much smaller breed so I'm not well versed in decent harnesses. I have both a Gentle Leader and an Easy Walk Harness. My dog (80 lbs) walks well on a leash unless she sees other dogs, and then she goes crazy and pulls toward them. I can only walk her with the Gentle Leader, but she hates it.  Another drawback is that people assume it's a muzzle because it's a head collar and then get scared.  The Easy Walk Harness is definitely better than a regular collar and probably would work fine for training most dogs.

We have the Easy Walk for all 3 of our dogs. Love it! I forget how strong our GSD is with this harness. I instantly regret it when I don't used it on him.
