I need to choose paint colors for the first floor of my new house and I am totally overwhelmed. I like grays, but I don't want every room to be gray. I've been looking at pinterest for hours, and it is only getting worse. Does anyone have some advice for me? Thanks!!

I was able to find a previous thread where I had posted all mine. Here they are, if it helps. We have:
t.v. room (entrance off porch): Sand Dollar (off-white)
Kitchen and dining room: Cotswold (beige) and Etiquette (off-white) below chair rail:
Living room: Pashmina (looks more grey in the space)
Up stairs and into hallway, and son's bedroom: Grey Wisp (the famous Silver Sage):
Our bedroom: Weston Flax (looks more yellow in the space)
The bathroom is yellow too, although I'll probably make it turquoise soon. There's also accents of all these colors mixed around -- for example the white t.v. room has grey and yellow accents, the kitchen has grey tile backsplash, etc. The main deviations for bolder colors are red and orange accents in the living room and navy blue/orange/brown accents in son's room (solar system bedding)

If the rooms are open plan, the colors should coordinate. If they are closed off from each other, pick any color you want. For my house, I tried to pick an inspiration pieces from the things that we already have and love. In one case, it is a piece of artwork. In another case, it was the rug. In the family room with a baseball theme, it is a signed ball glove.
