hurt paw - vet visit?

My dog is pretty active and I think she caught one of her hind paws on something over the weekend. One of her pads has a tiny cut on it, no bigger than 1/10th of an inch, but it's bleeding a little bit. 

She's acting totally normal, she'll let me touch it to clean the paw and put neosporin on it, even walking, running, jumping, eating and drinking fine. 

My biggest concern is that we're going out of town this weekend and she's staying with a friend, so I don't want it to turn into a bigger problem while we aren't around. 

Do you think this warrants a visit to the vet? Thanks!

It is worth a call to the vet, but since dog paws are so full of blood vessels anyway, there's probably nothing they can do for it.

I would recommend getting some EMT gel or superglue and putting it together, depending on what the vet has to say.
