How is your physical activity level been since doing W30?
I'm post W30. I didn't experience much of a difference in exercise, but I was worried about crashing like some people I know. BUT I also allowed myself more fruit that some do. Now, eating W30-ish I feel strong and fast, particularly in running and spinning. I haven't done a lot of heavy lifting lately but think I would see gains there too.
Day 23! I decided from the start that I would take a couple weeks to let my body acclimate to eating this way, then evaluate activity level. I ended up coming down with a cold around day 9, which then turned into an ear/sinus infection, and I'm just finally feeling better two weeks later. So I haven't really had increased activity yet, but definitely hope to.
