Sleep is excellent in spite of having a 5 month old (or maybe because of her?). I fall asleep quickly and usually wake once to feed and go back to bed. I am having a hard time with early morning workouts though. I hope it will normalize soon.
B: frittata with leeks and asparagus. black coffee. strawberries and pineapple. L: jar salad - spinach, roasted peppers, roasted red onions, grilled chicken D: crockpot chicken tikka masala with cauliflower rice and probably some other veggie. probably some other fruit before bed too.
