I'm confused that you're confused that the Red Line was delayed. Also, Twitter search "mbta" before you ever board a train for the latest info about anything T related. It's the most accurate news source.

I wasn't confused, I put it up in case anyone hadn't heard and takes the red line. It was more along the line of PSA. LOL

I was being more cheeky than anything, as it would be more of a PSA that the Red Line wasn't delayed with how the MBTA has been running I've just completely given up hope at allocate an extra 30 mins for any T travel now. I hope you got to your destination in time!

Ha! So true. DH had a flip out yesterday because he was late to an important meeting because he had to wait 13 minutes for an Ashmont train. I was like "Um, are you new? you need to leave more than a 10 minute cushion when relying on the T. Sympathy not granted."
He was angry because he had to wait ONLY 13mins. I have to leave the house at 6:50 just to make it to Lechmere by 7:30. LOL

Right? When all goes well (so, like once a week ) my commute takes <30 minutes door to door, but I always give myself at least 45 minutes just in case. If it was absolutely imperative I be one time for some reason, I give myself an hour.
I don't think my 1st bus has been on time this entire year. Even when the bus app said the bus would be there in 10, the driver was still an additional 15mins late. I know it wasn't the app because it was on point for when that particular driver wasn't driving in the morning and on my way home from work.
