They sell it at ulta too. Medieval is supposed to be a good, translucent but buildable, red that is good for those amongst us who get scared by color at times. I am hoping it will be a good red that I feel comfortable wearing to work.

Some is from Ulta the MAC stuff is from Nordstrom, but they were bought in the same day lol.

Yesterday I bought two Z palettes so I can take all my Mac shadows in palettes. I also bought the Becca primer and have been very happy with it so far, Sephora brand brow enhancer pencil (like Benegit high brow), Kat Von D ink eye liner and a cuticle pen. Nothing too exciting, but I'm looking forward to having my individual shadows in palettes@

local drugstore was closing out on Covergirl Lip Perfection (all of it, it looks like) so I picked up three colors for $3 each:

Temptation:



The formula on these is REALLY nice. Moisturizing and covering and smooth and good.

The funny thing is that the only one of them I didn't look up in-store was the last one (the orangey color), because I could see the representation of the color on the tube and liked it, so went with it.

What I didn't know is that it's... it's kinda frosted.


I like it... but I don't love it like I would have if it was more like the others...

Oh well, live and learn... I'm still trying to remember to always look up swatches of drugstore stuff.

wore Bombshell today, but was in such a rush I forgot to take a picture.

It's FANTASTIC and I'm positive I'm going to be wearing it again.

Temptation will be harder. I'll do a FOTD with it tomorrow as a challenge to myself, though.
