I am looking for some lower priced to mid priced blushes to add to my nonexistent collection. I have a Sephora and an Ulta nearby so any suggestions would be awesome.
I think I have attached a photo properly to help with suggestions as I am a lurker trying to finally join in on the makeup talk. Thanks!

You're pretty!
I love Nyx's cream blush in Glow. I also picked up an elf blush palette from Target recently that was around $6, although I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I got it in Light, they have both a light and dark option and both are reviewed here: nouveaucheap.blogspot.com/2014/05/review-elf-studio-blush-palettes.html
I hadn't really done brighter blushes until recently, and I find that it really, really helps to have a good brush to work with them so that I don't end up looking clownish. Some people use fan brushes, I like my RT stippling brush.
First of all, you are so pretty and you are rocking that lipstick!
I'm a big fan of the NYX cream and powder blushes. I like the elf blushes a lot, they are very pigmented though so you need a light hand and a good brush.
redheadbaker I'm not really sure what I would like to spend. I'm guessing under $20 or right around there. I have never used a cream blush before but would be willing to learn.
secretlyevil I do have a Kohl's nearby! I will head out there and check those out.
Thanks to everyone else for the recs and the compliments.
Kohl's has The Balm In-Stain blushes which are great. There is also the Apple Palette that is the cream blush/lips that someone else mentioned. I've only used it on my lips, but it's great too. I should try it next time on my cheeks.
Ulta - Is selling a Lorac Cheek Quad Palette with a lipstick. Great value. It's on my buy list for the next sale.
Check out the Josie Maran cheek gelees. They are great summer blushes. Sephora sometimes has mini sizes near the checkout lane so you can try them out for cheaper.
I really need to mark what I wear on my pictures. Because I know I have more than one photo of me wearing an Balm Instain. But this one I know I am wearing Lace. But you have to ignore the color cast along my bottom jawline from the pink tank I'm wearing.

The elf blush palette in light is my favorite thing ever right now. $6. It's the longest lasting of any of my blushes and the colors are all flattering on me.
This is not going to be helpful but I don't think I have come across a blush that I don't like. There are great options in the low and high end markets.
Low: elf, milani, nyx,
Higher: theblam, tarte, bare minerals, Becca, josie Maren etc *
You could also go Indy: Colourpop and Pumpkin and Poppy (p&ps cream rose blush is one of my all time faves!)
Blush is fun! Have fun!
* exception: I don't think HG blushes are worth the money. Duuuuuucks.

Yeeeees!!! Have you tried the dark?
Not yet. My target only had the light. As soon as I see the dark I'm getting it!

This is really pretty! I have been wondering about the Instains.
Makeup Geek blushes are fabulous. I also agree with NYX and ColourPop cream blushes.
I also kind of agree that I've yet to encounter a blush I flat out hate. Blush is kind of a can't-miss product for me because if I put a color on and decide it's not quite right, I can just layer another color over it without looking insane. Today I'm wearing three blushes because the first two just weren't enough for my eye look. I do recommend having a good buffing brush on hand for such situations, though. ;-)
ETA: Temptalia just reviewed one of the ones I'm wearing today and gave it an A. I agree. :-).
I forgot Coastal Scents. The blushes are very pigmented (almost frighteningly so) and they are large, which means you get a lot for your money. If you follow them on Twitter and are patient, you will catch a 50% off sale. I snagged five of them for $3.50 each, which makes them possibly one of the best makeup deals I've ever scored.
IIOY is so right about having a good brush to buff in a blush afterwards. Especially the instains they can be really pigmented and sometimes I over apply accidently. I just buff it out with a little powder to tone it down.
And this is my HG blush - it's such a pretty pop of color and you can me it as dark/light as you want. it says you can use it on lips too - but the consistency doesn't feel good as a lip product to me. (lillium s my favorite - its much pinker in person than online) www.stilacosmetics.com/product/convertible-color.do?sortby=ourPicks
