E got a job! The original one fell through because the large company that owned the small company closed all job openings after E was told he get a job offer later in the week. But he was flown to Ohio last week and offered a job with that company! He'll be one of their techs out here in California! So excited. He'll be in Ohio for training for a while but he's thrilled and that's all I could ask for.
