I would love to learn how to do the whole winged eyeliner look.
Does anyone have any tutorials they can recommend? Tips and tricks? What is the easiest liner/brush to work with for this? I still sometimes have difficulty with regular liner... so the more you can break it down for me, the better. Please explain it like I am 5.

The tutorials I've watched say to "flick" the liner from your lash and make the wing that way.
For me -- I find it's easier and more controlled to draw the wing DOWN to my lash line. I still struggle sometimes getting them to match (one is always at a greater angle than the other), but with practice they're more consistently even.
I've tried it with a number of eyeliners (gel and brush, various liquids) and my absolute favorite liquid liner, including winged, is the Sephora liner (http://www.sephora.com/colorful-waterproof-eyeliner-24-hr-wear-P384877?skuId=1551910&om_mmc=ppc-GG&mkwid=zK3kj9DD&pcrid=49113159039&pdv=c&site=us_search&country_switch=us&lang=en&gclid=CLnwkqjcyMQCFQQbaQodW0QAEw)
I wasn't able to do them until I got They're Real's push up liner with the angled applicator. It was easy peasy then. I noticed UD? Someone else has an angled push up liner with more colors (Benefit only offers black) and I may snag one during the Sephora sale.
So funny that you loved this liner. I absolutely hated it! I have read it's a love-hate with this product. Just always interesting when people have such a different experience than I had!!
I've found that it is also easier for me to draw the wing down to the lash line rather than flicking it up. I like using a gel liner or a liquid one as the tip is a bit finer and I can control it better. I like this one the best so far www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod1790211 especially since I am on a student budget right now.
I find that drawing the bottom line of the wing first is easiest. Then I go along my lash line and finally go from the tip of the wing down to meet up with my line near the lashes and fill in any space missed. I'm still working on it but this has yielded my best results thus far.
Sometimes I struggle with getting them even on each side...but overall, it ends up looking good. Sometimes I do it small and sometimes big. My favorite for effect is Sephora High Precision....however, I don't think it's the easiest brush to work with. Definitely takes practice but I like that the formula is very matte. I used gel prior to that but got tired of it.
I got one of those eyeliner samples boxes from Sephora as a Christmas present. It has 2 liquid liners in there - the Stila and the Kat von D. I don't really love the formulas, however, I think the brushes are much easier to use than the Sephora brand.
I've bought the Sephora brand a few times. I've enjoyed the Stila and Kat ones, but probably won't buy them once they run out.
I wear winged eyeliner almost every day. Almay's liquid eyeliner is my favorite formula and applicator. The brush is soft, but sturdy and the liner stays on all day, but comes off easily with water.
I apply the liner to my upper lid by looking straight ahead at the mirror (I never tug on the skin around my eyes) and drawing it on in segments. I always angle the wing (drawing a line first, then filling in the "v") from the outer corner of my eye toward the end of my eyebrow. This ensures symmetry and the correct angle. Hopefully this explanation made sense. Lisa Eldridge has great video tutorials on her website.

I just saw an IG post that the liner will be in brown, purple, green and blue this summer.
