Bite violet! My dog interfered with the selfie taking.

Day 21 of 21 of makeup on the road. Tomorrow I will reunite with my full collection and can do more colors then.

Ok, here goes:
Sephora concealer, Maybelline instant rewind foundation, eyelash primer, Great Lash, Sephora bronzer/highlighter/blush, Cover Girl color stay on lips. No eye shadow today.
Oh, and NY finishing powder.

This was fun because I'm not going anywhere today so I could really do something more dramatic than I'm used to.  I went with a smokey eye. I don't have a lot of color options in my eyeshadow collection, but I used the colors from the Chocolate Bar.

Face:
- NYX BB Cream in Golden
- NARS creamy concealer in Ginger
- MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Warm Golden (?)
- Sephora Contour trio in Sultry (I lightly contoured my face and used the highlighter and blush. I love the warmth it gives!)

Eyes:
- UD Eye Shadow Primer Potion in EDEN (SUPER coverage)
- TF Chocolate Bar; Strawberry Bon Bon, Candied Violet, Cherry Cordial, and Gilded Ganache
- Stila Smudgestick waterproof eyeliner in Black
- Cover Girl Lashblast Voluminous in Black
- Ardell false lashes #109

Lips:
- MAC Sheen Supreme in Impressive
- NYX Butter Gloss in Angel Food Cake

AJL, this is my favorite look of yours! Stunning.

New hairs FOTD! I just smeared every purple and pink I had on my eyes. I feel very color limited without Vice 3 in my rotation. Lips are NYX butter balm in Ladyfingers. Blush is from a recent ipsy, Model Co. In Peach Bellini.

Lips: NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Rikugien

Nothing really special but I broke out the Clinique Chunky Cherry in honor of a (super informative) post from mominatrix yesterday re. easy to wear reds for people afraid to wear reds out in public. This one is easy to wear too.

Other things

Face: bare minerals complexion rescue, Milani Luminoso, Milani hermosa rose (I use it as a warmth/bronzer), Milani multitasking to to set it, HGALP in the middle shade to add light to high points, bare minerals clear Radiance to add luminosity. All set with nyx dewy spray.

Eyes: Milani gel powder in sand and cafe and a little colour pop in cheeky but this does not come through in pic. Milani Bella pink on lower lash line. Bobby brown Mascara. Balm blonde Brow Pow and elf clear gel in the brows.

Inspiration:







I used wet n wild poster child and artistic something or other, miliani Ulta fine line liquid liner (I need more of these), NYX so/go in purple, tarte lights, camera lashes. YTGF cc cream and IT bye bye eye concealer, ABH dip brow, the same blush at chilly and racist Revlon lip butter in juicy papaya. The yellow blended with the other colors too much. I'll have to try this again sometime.

ETA: I didn't get out of my bathrobe but I did my make up. Can't tell how crappy I still feel.

I have to share this picture...I was trying to get a better picture of my makeup, so that means lots of selfies, usually making stupid faces. After taking them, I scrolled through to check them out, and I get this

Eyes: Shattered and Grifter from Ammo, with some Chopper in an attempt to tone it down a wee bit. It looks better IRL, but I still feel like I should be doing My Little Pony cosplay.

Lips are Glint gloss from Stila, cheeks are Fruit Cocktail from Bare Minerals.

Is the chunky cherry what's on your lips? I love that.

Yes. I should mention it's from their "chubby stick" (lol) line.

Maybelline color tattoo in beige color on my eyes and the Stila Deep Burgundy liner.
Mascara the new gold tube BM Buxom
Lips are NYX Butter Gloss in Éclair. Which is just okay. I like bright lipsticks so this one doesn't wow me too much.

The Maybelline Color Tattoo wore amazingly today considering I walked a lot today and overheated inside Macy's. Neither budged. The mascara was crap and came off my bottom lashes and settled under my eyes. I'm tossing it.



FYI. I did buy red gel liner today at the Inglot counter. So soon I'll really be pushing the color.
