Today is day 2 for me. My H and I are doing it together. It was super helpful to meal prep Saturday night prior to starting, I can really see how important it is to meal prep. It was so easy going to the refrigerator yesterday with options of what to eat. I really need to maintain my supply since I'm still nursing my 8 month old exclusively (with no freezer stash ) through this round so that is what I am focused on.
Thanks for creating this board, I found a lot of useful info on here prior to starting.
Breakfast: 4 eggs cooked in ghee, spaghetti squash and a 1/4 of a sweet potato Beverage: Lactation tea, and a can of coconut milk (I've read it should help keep my supply up) Lunch: roasted chicken thighs, zucchini soup, a little green beans, broccoli and spaghetti squash Snack: Kiwi and cashews (if needed) Dinner: likely chili with roasted sweet potato and brussel sprouts Last Meal: roasted chicken thighs and some veggies if hungry. (I've also read that I may need to eat at least 4 full meals to be able to continue to nurse)

(sadly was missing veggies but had to have a quick one) S: strawberries, pineapple and blueberries L: salad with spinach, roasted peppers, red onions and brussels sprouts, grilled chicken and feta (! allowing some dairy!) D: Trader Joes chicken sausages, green beans, riced cauliflower
To add to aqualuv's comments - I think W30 has been excellent for my breastfeeding. I feel so good and I have to think this milk has even better nutritional value for my baby.
Day 1! This is my second W30 since January. The first went well but then I went on vacation and when I returned was not able to get my shit together and have been a bit on a downward spiral with my eating. So, here I am. I will probably do a bit of a modified W30 allowing a bit of butter and legumes on occasion. The goal for me this time is just to get back into cleaner eating habits and focus on portion control.
B: eggs, coffee L: unsure. I have to put something together soon. D: spaghetti squash, tomato sauce with ground beef, salad S: almonds, raw veggies E: 30 minutes swimming laps. 3km run with my dog.
