Last November I was at my highest weight ever. I started eating better and working out, and in the past 9 months I've lost 18lbs, 12 inches and 2 clothing sizes.
Also, this morning I ran 7 miles. When I started running last December I couldn't even run 5 minutes without having to stop. I'm so happy with how far I've come from last year.

In addition to running I've been doing NRL4W. I reduced calories (1500/day base, and then I eat back my calories when I work out), increased protein, and have been doing semi-clean eating. I basically stopped eating a bunch of processed crap and started cooking from scratch more. But sometimes I still eat processed crap. Oops!
I have about 5-10lbs to go until I reach my ultimate goal weight.
Great job!!! That is awesome about your improvement too (being able to run 7 miles when you weren't able to run 5 minutes previously) LOVE stories like these Congrats!
