I teared up when he said he didn't write the concession speech, too.
Next season is short (13 eps). I heard NBC is giving short seasons to its shows (Community, 30 Rock, Parks & Rec) before "sending them off." Ugh, I hope not. I think P&R is the best comedy on right now.
Well that sounds like the type of stupid things NBC would do with their shows. I really hate how they don't give good shows a chance and replace them with total shit.

I loved this episode but I usually do. I also heard about the shortened season and potential ax. I hope it's not true but I don't doubt it either. P&R is my favorite NBC show. Nick Offerman (Ron) is coming to Chicago and I'm trying to convince DH to go (we already have tickets for John Oliver the night before).
I am happy that she won, but I am not sure I am going to like it if she is not working in the PR department. I am curious to see how they will do that.

I was afraid they were going to give them a 13 episode season like 30 Rock, so I'm thrilled they got a full order. And I'm hopeful that the fact that the show will be 10 episodes from syndication when they wrap up next season means we'll get at least 1/2 a season after the next. I cried at least three times during this entire episode. I love these people *so much*.
