I started Clomid on Sunday. 100mg. Lower dose than before, because we are also doing Follistim.
The last two nights, I've tossed and turned. Every time I wake up and roll over I get incredibly dizzy. Yesterday morning I was ok once I woke up. This morning I had a little trouble walking straight first thing, but by 10-15 min after I woke up I was fine.
Nurse says it has nothing to do with the Clomid. But I haven't changed anything else the past two days. I didn't start follistim until today. Has anyone else had this experience?
Also. I will take ANY thoughts, prayers, juju, vibes, etc for this IUI. This is our fourth. And last. After this I'm done. It's scary to have all your bets hedging on something that only has like a 20% success rate

Hopefully you're successful! It's so stressful.
Regarding your question about Clomid - no, I didn't get dizzy at all. My main side effect was that I was pretty much an emotional mess (not like me at all). There was a point where my husband and I were standing in the kitchen cooking, I told him to grab the milk and he said something along the lines of "chill out, I'll get it in a second" and I had a absolute melt down that ended with me laughing my ass off wondering why I was crying. I couldn't control it at all.

I'm praying for you!! Fingers are extra crossed!!! When I was on clomid, I found it made me feel a bit off, and it gave me brutal ovulation pain. Looking back, I'm sure it had something to do with releasing 2 eggs, hence my twins. I also think it made my endometriosis flare. Thankfully it worked the first cycle for me. Due to the pain, I wasn't looking forward to another very painful cycle.
Clomid made me crazy on the 150mg dose. I had visual side effects (not super common). I would see tracers and flashing lights when going from a dark room to a light room. Felt like I was having an acid trip or something. Uh... not that I would know what acid is like or anything... nope. I thought there was a police car in my driveway because I walked into the kitchen one night and saw flashing lights. Clomid does some crazy stuff.

Anyway, just wanted to wish you luck!
that is insane! I've been on the 150mg dose twice, and never had any side effects that I thought were directly from the Clomid. My anxiety was off the charts, but I just chalked that up to TTC.
Everyone- thanks so much for the thoughts! I have a good feeling about this one- hopefully this is it!
The first dose of Clomid had me spinning for about 6 hours, and then it was manageable. The following doses didn't make me dizzy or nauseous. Your experience sounds like mine.

I hope this is th one for you!
Clomid didn't work for me. Well, I should say it didn't result in pregnancy, but it did make me ovulate. It made the cervical mucous too thin to support a pregnancy (I think that's how it was described). I had some pretty bad side effects with high doses of clomid, the worst being trails in my vision. Freaky.
Femera with IUI was what worked for me ultimately.

I didn't have dizziness, but I had insomnia and hot flashes. I found it better to take it in the morning, but it's too late to change the time of day for this cycle.
Good luck. I got pregnant with dd on Clomid, but it didn't work for me when trying for our second.
