How is your week going?
I've gotten to the gym a couple times this week. Eating hasn't been great (as usual!), so I need to focus on that the rest of the week. I'm still excited for Easter candy this weekend though

I managed to cheat myself out of a work-out AGAIN. I really need to go back to Wed being my Rest Day. Today the gym had two extra woman and my brain wouldn't stop freaking out that I wouldn't be able to shower or have enough time to get ready for work. So I did 3 sets of kneeling ab crunches and 5 mins of cardio and had to quit.
My plan for the day, is a walk up to the mall at lunch, 15min walk. The mall has a salad place in the food court so I'll get a salad for lunch. I just hope today isn't one of those days where I'm hungry all day.
Every week I say I have to watch my food intake, so today I plan on doing just that. Monday was the first time in quite a few weeks that I hadn't logged into MFP. So Monday I logged all my food and by 2pm I only had 85 calories left for the day. I need to take stock and not to eat just because i'm bored at my desk.
Last weekend I took the whole weekend off from working out. My body needed a rest. I'm back to my workouts and doing better. Next week I got back to 12 hour shifts at work so after work I can start going back to the gym.
Eating is going ok. I have good days and bad days.
I need to really start hitting it hard. While my clothes are getting loose, my goal outfit is still tight. I only have until next month to get into it.
We went for a walk the last 2 nights! I'm also hoping to get back into MFP. I've been eating so terribly lately. I need to be careful because I have to take a glucose test to make sure the GD went away. I really hope it did!

I've been doing ok, not great, not terrible. I'm just sort of treading water. I am trying to put together a few really good days leading up to Easter since I know I'm going to pig out (on the flip side though, we will be doing a lot of walking!)
@emtmissy I'm with you, in general I feel my clothes getting a bit looser but I had a certain "goal" dress to wear to a wedding at the end of the month and I'm probably not going to make it. I really need to hit it hard in April.
HoneySpider you can do it! I know you are doing well! I have to get down this month. My summer dresses and shorts aren't fitting well and I can't afford to buy new summer clothes.
I found my love of strength training and haven't been doing as much cardio as I used to. I need to add more cardio again.
This has been a good week, finally. I've gone on long walks twice so far, worked out once, and have eaten really well! I've still had sweets, but each real meal has been healthy.
I'd love to workout or run, but the sports bras that I ordered got lost in shipping so I'm kinda stuck for now.
I think I'm going to have a goal of getting back into the dress I wore last year on our wedding anniversary. So a little less than two months to get my butt (literally) back in shape.
I'm doing ok. I can't be disciplined enough to eat well every day so I do the best I can. For the most part, I'm ok - except on days my boss wants to go to lunch :-P
Workouts are good. I teach Zumba so as always, getting in at least 3 workouts per week. I'm hoping to add in Piyo or strength training next week.
I was a loyal fitbit owner but just bought a polar heart rate monitor and I love it! I think it'll help me get more serious about exercise as I can see what I am actually burning based on my height & weight, and not seeing an estimate. It also reads your heart rate, and tells you when you're in a fat burning zone and when you're in fitness mode. Good stuff!!!
