Jerk!
I've had dark circles since I was a teenager. Just like my mom. Genetics, man!
People seem to love the NARS concealer. I haven't tried it yet. The best one I've tried is the It Cosmetics concealer, which does seem to work really well.
I've tried the Maybelline one everyone loves and two by Benefit (Erase Paste and Boing), and none of those did anything -- I might as well have just smeared water on there!
I've heard that to really conceal dark circles you need a salmon colored concealer. You want a shade that's 1 or 2 steps darker than your skin tone to hide the darkness under your eyes. If you use something the same shade or lighter than your skin tone, it will actually emphasize the circles.
She's actually a really sweet girl, so I don't want anyone to think she's awful. She was totally horrified when I told her that I was fine, just old. Lol.
It's a peach color corrector. I get a little out of the pot with my finger and let it warm up a bit and dab it on in the corners and underneath my eyes. I haven't had any problems with it looking cakey and have even added a little more concealer over the top with setting powder.
I use the age rewind in light. I also have the benefit eye bright pencil. I think I posted a pic a long time ago on MM where I was wearing no make-up other than the eye bright on one eye. I have pretty bad allergy bruisers and it makes a huge difference.
