Last night was DHs bday and we had some frozen yogurt. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like crap and feel horrible today - irritable, rock in my stomach, headache. But I am thankful to know that it is the yogurt - deadly combo of dairy and sugar for me. I will remember this feeling next time I think it sounds good.
Post-Whole30 (day two). Still following the guidelines for the most part. No desire for dairy, grains, or legumes, but I did have a delicious Seattle Cider Co. dry cider last night. So worthwhile.
Breakfast was still my usual 3-egg and greens omelette. Lunch will be a carne asada taco salad (romaine, steak, yellow bell pepper, avocado, salsa "dressing") and raspberries. I have a weight-training class at 4:30 so I'll have a snack of unsalted cashews and toasted coconut flakes right before that. Dinner is TJ's pre-cooked grass-fed sirloin roast with roasted brussels sprouts and mashed sweet potatoes.
