I feel like I'm doing them wrong. I can clench for 5 seconds, but have a hard time relaxing in order to clench again. Anyone want to be my kegel coach?

I would love insight, too. I can only do them fast. I can't hold. I lose it if I hold. Lose the clench, I mean. It just fades away, unless I do it fast.
I read somewhere to do them like an elevator. So clench, hold for a bit, clench a bit harder, hold, and clench just a bit harder. Then unclench in three stages as well. I don't know where I read it though.
