I've never tried it. Is it really THAT great? I read one review that says just three minutes after painting you can run your fingers through your hair. Is that true??? She says you can also say goodbye to sheet marks. If this is all really true, I need to get me a bottle!

You can get it at most beauty supply stores.
It does dry to the touch quickly, but I would say it needs much more than 3 minutes for it to fully cure. At the 3 minute mark, it would still be prone to dents and nicks when pressure is applied. However, it's not tacky - it's "dry", but still a bit jelly, if that makes sense.
That said, I personally don't care for Seche Vite. I get major shrinkage and my entire mani peels off in big chunks after the first day. I think it really depends on the individual, because there are many die hard fans out there. I have much better luck with Essie's Good to Go top coat.
yes yes yes and ulta, sally, target, cvs... although I do agree with highlarious's second paragraph in her post. it is dry to the touch and you can touch your hair but it is still not cured. it takes about 30 min to an hour to fully cure.
I also get bad shrinkage, which is part of the reason I put a coat of gelous between my color and my SV.

This, exactly. I hate it!
I use Nails Inc. caviar top coat from sephora. Quick dry, without the shrinkage.

Same, my nails peel like crazy with seche vite. I use the basic top coat from Ulta with great success.
Yes it dries quickly and its very shiny and that is the reason why I love it, however I do notice that my polish peel of in a whole chunk, but I have that problem with every nail polish, base coat, top coat I have tried, my polish just doesnt last

I loved it until the last time I used it my polish peeled off in sheets the very next day. I'm debating trying Poshe but my closest Sally's is always out.
Another SV fan here. Love it! I can get 7 to 10 days wear Tips: you have to wear a base coat SV must be applied to a wet manicure for it to bond and cure properly.

I love it! I have had an issue with peeling a time or two, but for whatever reason it happened to my Essie polishes and didn't happen to anything else.
